Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ReflexX account and personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — From inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open ReflexX
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Confirm with your password or biometric prompt

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. Personal identifiers are removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email support@getreflexx.com from the address tied to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll verify and confirm deletion within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, display name, and email
  • Your reaction scores, challenge progress, and streaks
  • Your push notification token
  • Your auth identifiers (Apple / Google)

What is retained

  • Aggregated, anonymized score data may be kept for historical leaderboard integrity. This data cannot be linked back to you.
  • Records we're legally required to retain (e.g. financial / tax records of paid subscriptions).

Subscription note

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not us. Cancel via the store first. See Subscription Terms.
