Free trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial gives full access to all subscriber features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the regular price.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged for renewals.

How to cancel

iOS / App Store

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ReflexX → Cancel Subscription.

Android / Google Play

Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ReflexX → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google according to their store policies. We do not process refunds directly. For App Store refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, visit your Play Store account.

Family Sharing

ReflexX subscriptions are eligible for Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library where the underlying store supports it.
