This Privacy Policy describes how ReflexX ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ReflexX mobile application and this website (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and a stable user identifier. We do not receive your password.

Reaction & gameplay data

We store your reaction-time scores, challenge results, streaks, and ranking position. This is the core data needed to power leaderboards and progress tracking.

Device & diagnostic data

We collect device model, OS version, app version, language, locale, and anonymized crash logs to fix bugs and improve performance.

Subscription data

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to verify entitlement status. We never see your full card details.

Push notifications

If you opt in to notifications, we store an anonymized push token via OneSignal so we can send daily challenge reminders. You can revoke this any time in your device settings.

2. How we use information

To operate the Service, authenticate you, and sync your progress across devices.
To compute and display leaderboards.
To deliver in-app purchase entitlements and manage subscriptions.
To diagnose crashes and improve performance.
To send the daily-challenge notifications you opted in to.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors required to operate the Service: Apple, Google, Firebase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and OneSignal (push). Your display name and reaction scores are publicly visible on leaderboards.

4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account and associated data — see /delete-account.
Export your data in a portable format.
Opt out of analytics and notifications.

5. Children

ReflexX is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove personal identifiers within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized scores may be retained for historical leaderboard integrity.
