These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReflexX. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReflexX. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automation to submit scores.
Exploit bugs to inflate scores or rank.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
Harass other users via display names or other public fields.

We use automated and manual review to detect cheating. Suspicious scores may be removed without notice and the account flagged or banned.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Some features require a paid subscription. See Subscription Terms for pricing, trial conditions, billing, and cancellation.

5. Content & intellectual property

All software, design, audio, branding, and copy in ReflexX are the property of the ReflexX team and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers

ReflexX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Reaction-time measurements are estimates intended for entertainment and self-improvement. They are not a medical or diagnostic tool.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReflexX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we'll notify you in-app.
